When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and (where applicable) the item has been received, we process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

The refund is sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account after we've processed it from our end.

You'll receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been issued. If you haven't received it within 10 business days of your return being approved, please contact support@catnip.in with your order ID.
