Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only while your order is still in the Pending or Paid stage — before it moves to Processing. Once our team begins packing your order, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a change or cancellation, email support@catnip.in immediately with your order ID and what you need changed. We aim to respond within 1 business day, but the sooner you reach out the better.
If your order has already been dispatched and you'd like to return it, you may be eligible under our 7-day return policy once it arrives. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
