What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the product page. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@catnip.in with your order ID and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review your request within 1 business day and guide you through the return process.

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us. For other eligible returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For complete details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
