I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologise for the mix-up. Please email support@catnip.in with your order ID and a photo of the item you received. We'll verify the error and send the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
We will also arrange a return pickup for the wrong item at no cost to you — you won't need to do anything except have the item ready for collection.
