My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry your order arrived in poor condition. Please email support@catnip.in within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged item from multiple angles
  • A photo of the outer packaging showing any visible damage
