What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

India Post Speed Post typically attempts delivery up to two times. If you're not available during the first attempt, the postal worker will leave a delivery notification slip at your door.

You can then collect your parcel from your nearest local post office by presenting the notification slip along with a valid photo ID. Post offices are generally open Monday to Saturday.

To avoid a missed delivery, make sure the address and phone number you provide at checkout are accurate. In some areas, the delivery person may call ahead — so keeping your phone accessible on the expected delivery day helps.
