How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your India Post Speed Post tracking number. You can use this number on the India Post website (indiapost.gov.in) to track your parcel's current status and estimated delivery date.

You can also check the status of your order by signing into your account and visiting My Orders. The order status updates as your parcel moves through the dispatch and delivery stages.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, and then reach out to support@catnip.in with your order ID.
