Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Once India Post picks up your parcel, the address cannot be changed or redirected.

If you need to correct your address, email support@catnip.in immediately with your order ID and the correct delivery address. We'll update it if the order hasn't left our end yet.

This is one more reason to double-check your delivery address before completing checkout — a small moment of care saves a lot of hassle later.
